My "Why"
I’ll be honest, my career didn’t start with a plan to run a concierge service. It began in esthetics, but once I started working within retirement communities, I realized I’d found where I was meant to be. For fifteen years, what started as simple hand and foot care grew into something much deeper. I quickly saw that while physical care is important, it’s the human connection—the laughs over a cup of coffee and the incredible stories shared—that truly makes a difference. Those moments became the part of my day I looked forward to most.
Over time, I noticed that while seniors often have their medical needs well-covered, they sometimes miss out on the simple joys of friendship and creative engagement. It’s not just about being in the same room; it’s about feeling like yourself, having fun, and staying connected to the world. I’ve seen firsthand how a little extra attention and genuine care can help someone really thrive. I started Polished Senior Concierge because I believe every person deserves to be seen and cherished. My goal is to bring more brightness and intentionality to your loved one's day through warm, creative support. I treat every client like family, ensuring they feel engaged, valued, and never alone in their journey.
Our Heartfelt Mission
For many seniors, the transition into care can feel like losing a part of themselves—their routines, their independence, their sense of purpose. Often leaving seniors feeling unseen or disconnected from who they once were. At Polished Senior Concierge, we exist to bring those pieces back. Through compassionate one-on-one support, pampering touches, and meaningful engagement—like hand and foot care, hairstyling, art activities, and recreational movement—we remind each senior that they are still vibrant, worthy, and surrounded by care. Because every person deserves to feel like themselves, no matter where they call home.
